Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new kicks, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all footwear is unworn and returned in its original packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the shoes back in their original KOI box and secure them in a mailing bag or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code through the portal, then drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
